LeakCheck is built to find billing leakage while keeping Stripe data tightly scoped to that job.

What we collect

LeakCheck may collect uploaded Stripe export data, read-only connected Stripe account data, generated report data, checkout metadata, support messages, feedback, and product analytics such as visits, CTA clicks, uploads, report views, and checkout events.

How we use it

We use this data to generate leakage audits, unlock paid reports, operate billing and support, improve conversion, prevent abuse, and decide whether the product is useful enough to keep building.

Reports

Reports are intended for the user who generated them. Shared links may expose report details to anyone who has the link, so share them carefully.

Analytics

We use first-party events and PostHog analytics to understand product usage and funnel performance. We do not sell Stripe data.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. LeakCheck does not store full card numbers. Stripe sends us checkout and subscription metadata so we can activate paid report access and support billing requests.

Retention

We retain account, billing, analytics, upload, and report data while needed to run the product, resolve disputes, comply with financial records, and improve the service. You can request deletion by emailing support@mnac.io.
