LeakCheck should be easy to test without making a buyer feel trapped.
If checkout succeeds but the full report does not unlock, email support@mnac.io and we will restore access or refund the payment.
Paid report refunds
If a paid report cannot be delivered, is accidentally duplicated, or was purchased because of a pricing mismatch, email support@mnac.io from the checkout email with "LeakCheck refund" in the subject.
Monitoring subscription
If a monitoring subscription is included with a free trial, Stripe Checkout shows the trial before future billing starts. To cancel, email support@mnac.io from the checkout email with "Cancel LeakCheck" in the subject.
Review window
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Access failures and billing mistakes are prioritized.
