For report access, billing, refunds, or product feedback, email support@mnac.io.
For paid report access issues, include the checkout email, report link, and Checkout Session reference beginning with cs_. Do not send raw Stripe exports by email unless we ask for a redacted sample.
Report access
If a paid report remains locked after checkout, refresh the report once. If it is still locked, email support@mnac.io with "LeakCheck paid report access" in the subject and the cs_ payment reference from the checkout success URL.
Stripe exports
If an upload fails, confirm the export is a JSON file from Stripe and that it includes charges, invoices, subscriptions, customers, discounts, or coupons. CSV upload is not supported in this MVP.

For duplicate payments, cancellation, or refund requests, email support@mnac.io from the checkout email.
